About Me

My name is Fatima, and I’m originally from Seville. As a southern Spaniard, I naturally know a something about slowing down in life when things get too hectic.

I have worked for many years in one of the largest and fast-paced companies on Earth, having to deal constantly with high levels of stress and anxiety and really losing my ability to slow down. The stress of years of overwork eventually took a toll on my health and this is how Yoga came into my life 6 years ago.

After experiencing bad episodes of panic attacks, I decided to hit the brakes and reconnect with what matters most—my mental health. I started practicing yoga at the local gym and after immediately noticing the benefits that the practice brought to my life, on and off the mat , I had an urge to explore and learn more about this discipline. I decided to travel in India for a couple of months to pursue this goal. The first month allowed me to get qualified as a Yoga Teacher in Hatha and Ashtanga, this experience was so enriching that I decided to extend my stay and obtain my qualifications in Pre and Postnatal Yoga too. This journey changed me and my view on live, my return to the corporate world was never the same since!

My big motivation in life now (other than my husband and my beautiful daughter) is to share what I have learned during these years with anyone interested to know more about yoga and all its benefits . Making sure that they find a good balance through the practices of Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation, helping you to reconnect with your real SELF, to slow down in life and to find your Happiest Mind! 😊

I have also completed my training as a Breathwork Coach, a modality focused on using specific breathing techniques to enhance physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
