  • Breathwork is a safe and fast way to relieve stress, boost your immune system, balance your energy, and improve sleep, among many other benefits. Unlike meditation, which can be frustrating and slow to learn, conscious breathing is very accessible, and you’ll feel results right from our first session.

    Breathwork is a fundamental part of all my yoga classes, but if you would like to learn specifically about this art, I offer Breathwork-focused classes that are usually 30 minutes long. Taking a very simple, science-based approach that is effective for everyone. No previous experience is needed.

  • Hatha Flow is a dynamic style of yoga that blends the foundational principles of traditional Hatha with a more fluid and continuous sequence of poses. It incorporates the static asanas and breath control of Hatha while introducing a smoother transition between poses, creating a sense of flow. Unlike the slower pace of Hatha, Hatha Flow offers a more dynamic practice, striking a balance between the meditative aspects of traditional Hatha and the energetic flow of Vinyasa. It provides practitioners with a diverse and engaging yoga experience, combining the best of both worlds.

    Suitable For: Beginners and experienced practitioners alike. It's a great choice for those looking to build a strong foundation, focus on individual poses, and learn to connect with their breath.

  • Maternity is a wonderful journey that I encourage all women to embrace and enjoy since the very beginning of pregnancy. In the world of Yoga, I strongly believe that experiencing it myself before teaching is a must. Thanks to my qualifications in pre and postnatal yoga, I was lucky enough to be able to self-practice asana, pranayama, and meditation every day throughout my pregnancy with my daughter. This allowed me to explore and experiment with how my own teachings and approach to pregnancy yoga felt. I gained valuable insights during this beautiful and emotional phase of my yoga journey, and now I look forward to sharing with all those mamas-to-be.

    During these classes, you won’t only feel relaxed and create a stronger bond with your baby, but also, we will work on strengthening your body and mind to get ready for birth. We will work on the pelvic floor, flexibility, and you will learn how to gain more control over your respiratory system as well as embrace the constant flow of emotions that accompany pregnancy.
